Shipping & Delivery Information

SHIPPING

All of our shipping is tracked. You will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM GMT. This excludes weekend days and Public Holidays. 

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and unforeseen delays. In most cases, we use Sendle for shipping, but we may use Australia Post where necessary.

If you are purchasing outside of AUSTRALIA, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are issued once the package reaches your country threshold for duty free. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you, as we have no control over these charges.

For the EU:
Due to EU import regulations, the maximum order value cannot exceed €150, excluding VAT and delivery charges. If your order total is above this limit, please split it into separate orders under €150 each. Orders placed this way will be shipped individually to comply with customs requirements, and postage will apply to each shipment.

For the United Kingdom:
Due to UK import regulations, the maximum order value that can be processed without import duties or taxes is £135, including shipping. If your order total is above this limit, please split it into separate orders under £135 each. Orders placed this way will be shipped individually to comply with customs requirements, and postage will apply to each shipment.

CLEAN ME...

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR KABUK’S

• I’ve got you babes — let’s do this step by step

• This is a DEEP CLEAN (you’re using her daily… NOW WE’RE TALKING)

• Once our CLEAN BRUSH CLEANER launches → it’s just maintenance, baby

• Few sprays after makeup → fluffy + good as new

• For now… this is your deep clean

STEP 1

• Run under cold or lukewarm water

• DO NOT soak (you’ll dislodge the buttery bristles)

STEP 2

• Take your SARZ soap + wet brush

• Run along the bar a couple of times

• Get in there — but be gentle, girl

STEP 3

• Magic fingers → work through bristles

• Dislodge product

• Rinse again

• Repeat until water runs clean

STEP 4

• Squeeze out excess water

• Reshape her (she’s been through it 😏)

• Back to her OG self

DONE
