SHIPPING
All of our shipping is tracked. You will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM GMT. This excludes weekend days and Public Holidays.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and unforeseen delays. In most cases, we use Sendle for shipping, but we may use Australia Post where necessary.

If you are purchasing outside of the AUSTRALIA you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are issued once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you as we have no control over these charges.
